Sunday Family Fun Day with Family Fringe

For Immediate Release
25 April 2017

The San Diego International Fringe Festival 2017 (#sdfringe17) is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting another free Family Fringe event this year with the City Heights Performance Annex. Family Fringe will take place on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the City Heights Performance Annex. The bold performances and activities at Family Fringe aspire to connect and engage the local community with hands-on arts and crafts, interactive workshops and exciting live performances.

Nigel Brookes, the City Heights Performance Annex Manager, spoke about hosting Family Fringe this year, saying , “The City Heights Performance Annex is proud to host the San Diego Fringe Festival’s Family Fringe event. It is a free event for the community that builds connective tissue with the larger festival, establishes relationships between artists and residents and grows the cultural literacy of all participants. We are happy to partner with the Fringe to grow art in City Heights.”

Whether you have a child, or are a child at heart, Family Fringe will have performances and hands-on activities that will inspire and engage all. Mark you calendars and celebrate the arts in City Heights with Family Fringe on June 25, 2017.
