The Festival is an open-access, unjuried and uncensored festival celebrating bold, boundary-pushing work from local, national and international artists.
We welcome theatre, dance, circus, comedy, poetry, spoken word, music, puppetry, visual art, experimental performance, and all creative forms that thrive outside the mainstream.

- Pay the non-refundable application fee to submit.

📝 Selection Process
We honor the Fringe tradition of open access:
• 50% of accepted artists are selected on first-come, first-served basis.
• The remaining 50% are selected by lottery draw.
• Slots are allocated across local, national, and international artists.
No artistic review or jury — any work that meets festival criteria is welcome.
💸 Production & Participation Fees
(Paid after acceptance)
Production fees enable venue assignments, ticketing support, marketing, and box office services.
Production Fees (subject to change):
- BYOV / Off-Fringe: $350
- 60–99 seat Fringe venue: $700
- 100+ seat Fringe venue: $800
- 200+ seat Fringe venue: $900
- Bi-National (Mexico) venue: $250
Artist revenue: Fringe artists keep 100% of face-value ticket sales.
🧯 Technical & Performance Info
- Show length: 45–60 minutes (max)
- Rehearsal: One dedicated tech/run-through time prior to first performance
- Setup & Strike Time: ~10 minutes each
- Fringe provides: Basic lighting & audio playback where available, a technician in Fringe-managed venues
- Artists must provide: own projectors/screens/laptops unless arranged otherwise
📍 BYOV / Off-Fringe Option
Bring Your Own Venue (BYOV) if you want to produce in a non-Fringe venue (bar, park, gallery, warehouse, etc.).
• You handle venue logistics; Fringe supports ticketing, marketing and listing.
• Same open-access selection rules apply.
