CHOICE WORDS is a collection of monologues about the fight to save reproductive rights. In this staged reading, we hear the voices of the women and girls who are profoundly affected by the lack of access to abortion care. Playwright and veteran broadcast journalist Sasha Foo along with director Terry Ross bring together an ensemble cast to tell the stories of what happens when women lose the right to reproductive choice. June 24 will mark the one year anniverary of the Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade.

Performances are Friday, May 19 at 7:30 pm and Saturday, May 20 at 9:00 pm at the Centro Cultural de la Raza in Balboa Park.
