The theater’s found Chase Brantley has directed clown productions and collaborated on more than 25 shows across the UK, Switzerland, New York, Los Angeles, Georgia, and beyond. His work has been labeled “A physical comedy masterclass” by The Wee Review (★★★★★) and “essential to a clown show” by Broadway Baby (★★★★). Most recently, he was asked to be a featured speaker on clowning at the 2027 American Shakespeare Association Conference in Atlanta, GA. After the success of his award-winning tour of their clown duo show, Fruit Salad, Chase is now touring his newest work, Don Toberman: Ping-Pong Champ, in Norway, France, the US, and Switzerland after a sold-out Edinburgh Fringe 2025.

CHASE BRANTLEY is an award-winning clown performer and director. He has over 12 years of experience in the theater arts industry, with extensive training and experience. Starting as a classically trained actor with Shakespeare & Company (Lenox, MA) and a ballet dancer trained at the Atlanta Ballet, Chase quickly fell in love with clown as his primary art form and went on to earn a two-year diploma from the renowned clown school École Philippe Gaulier.
