Richie Whitehead (they/he) is an award-winning clown, theatre maker, and playwright whose work lives at the intersection of contemporary clown, physical comedy, and dramatic narrative plays. They have written and produced eight full-length plays, performed over 600 times across the U.S., U.K, Canada, and France. They have trained for two years with master clown Philippe Gaulier and have studied comedic writing with Aitor Basauri, Carlo Jacucci, and Dody Disanto.
